Welcome to Hearts' Path to Mindful Living
Mindfulness is a journey of self-discovery. It begins by listening to a still, small voice. This voice is the Hearts' Path.

At Hearts' Path we come from many walks of life and offer numerous ways to explore, learn, and listen to the wisdom of heart, mind, body and spirit.

What is Hearts' Path?

Founded in 2010, Hearts' Path to Mindful Living, Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax exempt charity under IRS rules (EIN #27-1164674). Donations are deductible as allowed by law. The mission of Hearts' Path is to promote supportive and life-affirming mindfulness-based programs that teach powerful methods for reducing stress and contribute to health and well-being.

Hearts' Path is committed to the development of Mindfulness in Southwest Florida through classes, workshops, lectures, and day retreats integrating the newest information from brain research with the practices and skills of mindfulness to create a more joyful and balanced daily life.

These classes are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)™ program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. These classes introduce practices of:

Non-judging Present-Moment Awareness
Mindfulness Meditation 
Loving Kindness

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the skill of paying attention on purpose in the present moment non-judgmentally. It is an opportunity to be present and engaged as life unfolds. Free from mental chatter and a seemingly endless stream of thoughts, negative emotions, or fearful, anxious feelings. It is a skill that can be learned and continuously strengthened through a regular mindfulness practice.

Living MindFULLY
a week long series of workshops, activities, events, and speakers was held from September 16-24, 2011
 in Fort Myers.  







The highlight of the week long activities was the mindful Peace Walk and Festival at Lakes Park on September 24th.
